What To Expect?
At West Hills Community Church, your children will find a safe, fun, and loving environment to help them grow in the love and knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Check-in and worship for grades 1-5 are in one large classroom (currently Red 1).
Grades 1-5 worship in song together, have prayer and offering, Bible lesson and introduction to connecting message to a Christ- centered life. Students are encouraged to bring their personal Bibles to class as all classroom lessons will be focusing on the reading of scripture. After large group worship time, grades 1-2 are dismissed with their teacher to small group teaching. Parent pick up for grade 1-2 will be in their grade level classroom. Grades 3-5 remain in the class and begin small group instruction.

General Schedule
Our programming shepherds our students, by pointing them to Christ through teaching, worship, and small group interaction. Our teachers desire to know your children, help them grow spiritually, and guide them to discover God in a personal way! Classes at our Sunday 9:00 and 10:45 a.m. hour are designed to take your child through the Old and New Testament.
Praise Place Productions
From September -December, West Hills offers a children’s choir called Praise Place Productions. On Sundays during the 10:45 service, students in grades 1-8 meet and learn through Bible based music and drama. A performance of a Christmas musical is held in early December.
Special Needs
Wellness Policy
If you have any special instructions, or would like us to know about a preference your child might have, be sure to let us know when you register. Be sure to tell us about any allergies or special needs. At West Hills, we are happy to try to assist any student needing a "buddy" to accompany them to assist in classrooms.
