Nursery & Toddler

What To Expect?

At West Hills Community Church, your children will find a safe, fun, and loving environment to help them grow in the love and knowledge of Jesus Christ. All of our teachers have gone through finger printing and child safety procedures. We invite you to come as a family and grow together in your relationship with Christ.
Each classroom is specifically geared to meet the developmental needs of the child. The rooms are equipped with music, toys and material geared to care & nurture to the needs of the children.

Nursery

You will check your child in at the Check-In desk in the classroom where you and your child will receive a security tag. These security tags are used for picking up your child after the service. Please bring diapers, bottles, pacifiers, and any special blankets that will soothe your baby through the morning.

Toddler

This is an active stage in your children’s lives. We are excited to care for them and look forward to teaching them that God loves them, God made them, and Jesus wants to be their friend forever! You will check your child in and out of their classroom using a security tag. We provide toys, activities, and snacks in the classrooms. We usually serve Goldfish & water from paper cups. If serving something else, a note posted outside the classroom will be provided.

General Schedule

We are excited to have your little one in our nursery/toddler care (infant – 2 1/2 years old). It is our desire to give your child the same very special love and care that you would give him/her at home. We want you, and your child, to feel comfortable and secure in the care that we make available in our nursery and toddler room as you continue to worship with us.

WHCC’s Nursery/Toddler care is a warm, loving environment where your children are safe and cared for by experienced caregivers!

Special Needs

Wellness Policy

If you have any special instructions, or would like us to know about a preference your child might have, be sure to let us know when you register. Be sure to tell us about any allergies or special needs. At West Hills, we are happy to try to assist any student needing a "buddy" to accompany them to assist in classrooms.
In order to protect the health of the children in our care, we will follow the
WHCC wellness Policy.
