Use Your Gifts.
Build the Church.
Reflect Christ.

At West Hills Community Church, we believe that every follower of Jesus has been gifted by God to serve. Volunteering isn’t just about filling a role — it’s about building up the body of Christ, blessing others, and becoming more like Jesus in the process.

Why Serve?

We serve because Jesus served — joyfully, humbly, and sacrificially. Serving is a vital part of our discipleship and one of the clearest ways we love others and participate in the mission of the church.

When you serve, you:

  • Use your spiritual gifts to strengthen the church

  • Build meaningful relationships with others

  • Grow in character, leadership, and joy

  • Help others experience the love of Christ in practical ways

  • Take ownership of the mission to make disciples who love God, love others, and make more disciples

Where Can I Serve?

We have opportunities in nearly every area of church life — no matter your skills, experience, or stage of life.

Every Role Matters

Whether you're rocking babies in the nursery, welcoming guests at the front door, or managing Sunday slides behind the scenes — your service is seen, valued, and vital. We are a church family built on participation, not performance.

If you’re looking for a place to serve at a church in Morgan Hill or a volunteer opportunity in a San Jose church community, we’d love to help you find your place.
